Using the tools

You may use the tools for personal and commercial work, including for clients. Only process images you have the right to use. Do not use the tools to break the law, to create content that harms others, to run checks at a volume that overloads DNS services, or to attack or overload this website.

Your content and results

Photos are processed on your device and never sent to us, so we claim no rights in them; you own your results, subject to the rights in the original photo. Email check results are based on public DNS records at the moment you check. Some things, such as alignment in real messages, cannot be seen in DNS. Results are guidance, not a guarantee of inbox placement.

Paid plans

Paid plans are sold by our reseller (merchant of record), whose checkout terms also apply. Week passes and credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew. Pro and Agency renew until you cancel; you can cancel in one click and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds and the right of withdrawal are described on the pricing page.

No guarantees

We work hard to make the tools accurate, but AI cut-outs and automated checks are not always perfect. Check results before you rely on them. The service is provided "as is", and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change affects a paid plan you hold, we will email you first.
